Proper Shooting |
The Proper Shooting training session is designed to teach a player how to shoot a basketball with proper form. This session will show a new player how to shoot a basketball properly and help an experienced player to correct flaws in their shot. The session is limited to six players and consists of four one hour sessions. Typically they are run in the late afternoon on weekday during the spring and fall.

Perimeter Player Workout |
The Perimeter Player Workout is designed to help players master the skills needed to play on the outside facing the basket. In this session players will work on ball handling and shooting as well as learn how to get themselves open to receive a pass and shoot the ball. The Perimeter Player Workout is limited to six players and consists of four one hour sessions. Typically they are run in the late afternoon on weekdays during the spring and fall.

Post Player Workout |
The Post Player Workout is designed to help players master the skills needed to play in the lane with their back the basket. In this session players will learn how to get themselves open and shoot in the low post area as well as offensive and defensive rebounding technique. The session is limited to six players and consists of four one hour sessions. Typically they are run in the late afternoon on weekdays.

High School Player Summer Workout |
The High School Player Summer Workouts are designed to help the high school age basketball player improve their game and work on their conditioning during the summer months. These sessions are held for four weeks during July and August on weekdays in the early evening. The session is limited to six players and consists of four 90 minute sessions.

Middle School Pre-Season Clinic |
The Middle School Pre-season Clinics are designed to help the high school age basketball player get ready for their up coming season. They are held for six weeks in October and November on Sunday mornings. The clinics run from 8:00 – 9:30AM for Girls and 9:30 – 11:00AM for Boys. These clinics stress fundamentals and developing basketball IQ.

High School Pre-Season Clinic |
The High School Pre-season Clinics are designed to help the high school age basketball player get ready for their up coming season. They are held for six weeks in October and November on Sunday evenings. The clinics run from 5:00 – 6:30PM for Girls and 6:30 – 8:00PM for Boys. These clinics stress conditioning and advanced foot work drills as well as position specific offensive moves for guards and post players. All aspects of shooting will be emphasized.

Summer Camp |

Elite Middle School Summer Day Camp |
The Elite Middle School Summer Day Camp sessions are designed to help the advanced middle school basketball player grow their game and prepare for high school basketball. The camp is run from 9:00 - 12:00PM for four days in July. The goal of the Camp is to help develop a well-rounded, fundamentally sound basketball player capable of competing at the high school level.
